Astra Vagoane And Alstom Contest Metrorex Auction For Subway Trains

Astra Vagoane Calatori, owned by businessman Valer Blidar, and Alstom Transport, part of French group Alstom, have contested an auction held by subway operator Metrorex to buy 51 trains, a contract awarded to Spain's CAF, according to sources on the market.
