Aurel Koeber, Piatra-Neamt-based businessman who controls Koeber, one of the largest players on the Romanian varnish and paint market, says one of the biggest challenges in his sector is insolvency-related as a lot of companies have sought shelter against debtors by filing for insolvency in the last few years.
