Austrian Entrepreneur Michael Tojner Sells Alu Menziken, with Aluminum Profile Plant in Satu Mare, to China’s Inner Mongolia Mengtai Group

Alu Menziken, a company part of Montana group founded by Austrian entrepreneur Michael Tojner, has been acquired by Chinese group Inner Mongolia Mengtai Group Co., Ltd., in line with an announcement made by law firm Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP), which was part of the international lawyer team that assisted the Chinese group in the deal.
