Altur Slatina Plans To Sell Its Stakes In SIFs To Pay Back Its Debts

Shareholders of Romanian car parts maker Altur Slatina (ALT.RO) will discuss, at their next general assembly, the sale of stakes held by the company in the five regional investment funds (SIFs) and the money will be used, firstly, for the repayment of some loans and the payment of raw material toward aluminum smelter Alro Slatina.
