Average RCA Premium In Romania Down 4% In 2012, To RON463

The average premium for mandatory car insurance (RCA) policies fell 4% to 463 lei (EUR104) on the year in 2012, while underwritten premiums on this segment rose 10% to RON2.06 billion, Romanian insurance regulator CSA said Thursday.
