Bechtel, Left With Just Two Sections Of Transylvania Highway After Cashing In EUR640M In 4 Years

US Bechtel, which in 2003 signed a contract for the construction of Transylvania Highway, between Bors and Brasov, was the largest beneficiary of funds from the Romanian road administration company (CNADNR) in the last four years, according to a ZF analysis based on data provided by CNADNR.
