Bucharest Beltway Runs Out Of Cash

The Bucharest beltway, which should have been the main commercial route of the economic operators doing business in Bucharest, got only EUR3 million after the 2012 budget revision. That happened soon after the company in charge of Romania’s national roads and highways (CNADNR) had signed another deal for its rehabilitation.
