CFR Awards EUR317M Railway Upgrade Contract

Romania’s state-owned railway company CFR SA has awarded a contract worth 1.35 billion lei (EUR317.26 million), net of VAT, to the consortium Swietelsky - Strabag - Alstom - Arcada - Euroconstruct - Transferoviar Grup for upgrades on the Vintu de Jos-Simeria railway section, in central Romania.
