CFR: Poor Rail Infrastructure Results In Train Slowdowns

Passenger and freight trains in Romania currently travel at an average speed of 43 km/h and 21 km/h, respectively, which is lower by nearly 20km/h than the speeds they would reach in the past, according to state-owned railway administrator CFR.
