CFR Shareholders Appoint New Managing Board

The shareholders of Romanian state-owned railway operator CFR SA Monday appointed a new Managing Board, which includes Sorin Mindrutescu (Oracle Romania CEO), Peter Weiss (former head of Bancpost and RBS Romania), George Micu (former general manager of CFR Marfa), Florian Kubinschi and Enache Jiru.
