Romania’s national roads authority on Wednesday awarded a contract worth 106.61 million lei (EUR24.79 million), VAT excluded, to consortium Delta ACM 93 - Azvirt LLC - Maxidesign to upgrade an 8.7-km section of the Bucharest beltway.
