EUR4B Worth Of Highway Concession Contracts Not Making Any Progress

The southern part of the Bucharest beltway (48 kilometers) and the Craiova-Pitesti highway (121 kilometers), two projects the government wants built under concession contracts expected to cost EUR3.7 billion together, have not made any progress for a year now, even though work should have started in 2014.
