Government: CFR Marfa Contract To Be Canceled Unless Sale Procedure Finalized In 60 Days

The contract to sell a majority stake in Romania’s state-owned freight railway carrier CFR Marfa will be canceled without any prior formality and without court intervention unless the privatization procedure is finalized in at most 60 days, irrespective of any fault of the buyer.
