The ten leading highway construction sites in Romania advanced by an average 7% between November 1 2011 and February 1 2012, according to a ZF analysis based on data provided by roads authority CNADNR. ZF continues the series of articles monitoring the progress of the ten largest highways in Romania. These reports on the execution stage of highways should be found on the desk of the prime minister and of the transport minister. But are they?
