Kia: Car Market Will Shrink By 10% To 20% This Year

The auto market might shrink again by up to 20% this year if the authorities return to the old version of the clunkers program, which uses nominal vouchers, says Dan Chitaru, chairman of Kia importer Kia Romauto.
