Mercedes-Benz Wants to Turn Sebes and Cugir Units into EV Part Production Ones

Eight years after starting investments at Sebes-based Star Assembly, with the sums now topping EUR550 million, the German concern kicks off plan to “convert” its production units in Romania to make parts for future electric vehicles.
