Relocation Of Low-Cost Airline Flights To Boost Business For Otopeni Operators

The largest airport in Romania, Henri Coanda (Otopeni), will see passenger traffic increase by 45% to 47% as of March 25, when all the low-cost flights currently operated from the Baneasa Airport in Bucharest move to Otopeni. The 102 planes that take off every day from Otopeni will be joined by another 35 flights operated by Blue Air and Wizz Air, according to ZF analysis.
