Romania Estimates To Pay Nearly EUR2B To Upgrade 165 Km Of Railway

Romania estimates it will pay about 8.22 billion lei (EUR1.95 billion), including VAT, to upgrade the 165-kilometer railway on the route Simeria-Coslariu-Sighisoara, in the country’s central region, so that passenger trains may reach speeds of 160 kilometers per hour.
