Romania Fails To Pave The Last Dirt National Road With Asphalt

Romania’s road authority CNADNR paid 16 billion lei for national road projects during the 2008-2014 period and during the same interval repaired 2,900 kilometers of such roads, that is less than one fifth of the country’s existent national road network.
