Romania’s Public Institutions Re-Allowed To Buy Cars

The Romanian Government re-allowed the institutions and public authorities to purchase cars regardless of the cash-for-clunkers program, the vehicles being compelled to have an engine of maximum 1.6 liters and a value of up to EUR18,000, VAT included.
