Romania Used Less Than One Third Of EU Funds Available Via Transport Program

Romania used less than one third of the EUR4.4 billion EU funds made available via the EU-funded SOP-T (Sectoral Operational Program - Transport) program for the 2007-2013 program. Another EUR3 billion are waiting to be reimbursed by the European Commission by the end of 2015, the deadline for Romania to use EU funds from the 2007-2013 allocation.
