Romania Will Open Only 10 Kilometers Of Highway In 2015

Romania will only open 10 kilometers of highway this year, between Pecica and Arad, after having started no new highway construction site in 2012 and 2013. The reason is the procrastination of the tenders by Romania’s company in charge of highways and national roads CNADNR.
