Movement in the ports of Constanta, Romania was halted Monday afternoon because of fog, which caused low visibility, of less than half a nautical mile.

Movement in the ports of Constanta, Romania was halted Monday afternoon because of fog, which caused low visibility, of less than half a nautical mile.

According to local authorities, operations were halted at around 4 p.m. local time in the ports of Constanta Nord, Constanţa Sud - sea and river, and Midia.

The ports will be opened as soon as weather conditions allow.
