The sales of the first Brico Depot stores that replaced the former Bricostore units of Orhideea and Pantelimon in Bucharest rose by 20%, a reason why the network rebranding process has been accelerated, says Patrick Papot, the French-born manager appointed to run the Romanian operations of Britain’s DIY group Kingfisher.
