The niche of green, energy efficient homes is on the rise in Romana, as well, so construction contractors are starting to specialize in building such homes. Ortogonal Construct, a general contractor held by engineer Dragos Zaharia, seeks to increase business by 20% in 2020, relying on the energy efficiency homes it is working on.
