Businessman Ioan Tecar In Talks To Sell Pehart Tec To Sweden’s SCA

Sweden’s SCA group (Zewa) is in talks to buy businessman Ioan Tecar’s Pehart Tec paper plant and could invest a further EUR120 million there, the entrepreneur says. SCA did not comment on the information, merely saying it will hold a news conference at the appropriate time.
