Cetelem IFN SA Merges With BNP Paribas Personal Finance

Romanian consumer lending company Cetelem IFN SA has merged with BNP Paribas Personal Finance, its sole shareholder, and will be renamed. The company will continue commercial activities in Romania under the Cetelem brand.
