Companies Participating In PPP Auctions Must Present Selected Subcontractors

The Romanian Government may ask private investors participating in public-private partnership (PPP) auctions to state in their bids the parts they plan to subcontract and the subcontractors involved, according to a Government decision amending the public-private partnership law's application norms.
