Competition Council Applied Fines Of EUR15M In 2016

Romania’s Competition Council applied fines of over EUR15 million in 2016, to 119 companies, of which 93 admitted having concluded anti-competitive agreements, according to Bogdan Chiritoiu, head of the antitrust watchdog.
