Competition Council Looks Into High Tech Clima Acquisition By CEZ Group Member Companies

Romania’s Competition Council is looking into a transaction whereby companies High Tech Clima SRL and its branch, High-Tech Clima DOO (Serbia) are acquired by New Energy Investments B.V. (The Netherlands) and by CEZ Holdings B.V. (The Netherlands), members of Czech utility CEZ Group.
