Comvex Constanta Pays Dividends Of RON11.9M For First Time In Seven Years

The shareholders of port operator Comvex Constanta (CMVX.RO), the largest terminal in the port of Constanta, approved the payment of dividends of RON11.85 million (EUR2.8 million) from last year’s profit. The 2012 profit, of RON20.7 million, was one of the highest in the last few years.
