The arrangers of the sale of 15% in Romgaz (Goldman Sachs, Erste, Raiffeisen and BCR) put their own interests before the seller’s, the Romanian government, which hired them and paid them to get the best price, says Dan Radu Rusanu, the chairman of the Financial Supervisory Authority, or ASF.
