COS Targoviste 1H Loss Down To RON19.3M

Romanian steel maker COS Targoviste, former Mechel Targoviste, narrowed its loss to 19.3 million lei (EUR4.35 million) in the first half of 2013, from RON59.5 million in the similar interval a year ago.
