Covalact To Pay Out Dividends Worth Nearly RON5.5M

Dairy maker Covalact, controlled by American investment fund SigmaBleyzer, will distribute, in the upcoming period, dividends worth nearly RON5.5 million, which represents 92% of its 2015 net profit, according to a document of the Official Journal.
