Dedeman, Element Invest Partners Jointly Acquire Element Distribution Center

Romania’s antitrust body has approved a transaction whereby do-it-yourself retailer Dedeman, held by Paval brothers, and Element Invest Partners have jointly acquired the companies Element Distribution Center and Element Distribution Center Faza Doi SRL, respectively.
