Dedeman Gets Antitrust Clearance to Buy Cemacon

The takeover of brick manufacturer Cemacon and its real estate division Cemacon Real Estate SRL by Dedeman and PIF Industrial, companies that are part of the same group, has received antitrust clearance, the antitrust watchdog said Monday.
