Digi Communications N.V. Grants EUR10M Loan To RCS&RDS

Digi Communications N.V. has granted a loan of EUR10 million to RCS&RDS, the company it owns in Romania, according to an announcement on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, where RCS&RDS was listed in 2017.
