Doina Cepalis Seeks Private Equity Firm to Sell Minority Stake in Te-Rox Prod

Doina Cepalis, the owner of the Te-Rox group, is looking for a financial investor to buy into her business. The entrepreneur wants to sell a minority stake to a private equity firm and continue development together, market sources say. She has no plans to sell the entire business, the same sources said.
