Dorinel Umbrarescu Acquires Otelu Rosu Steel Plant From Caras Severin For EUR12M

Dorinel Umbrarescu, the owner of construction firms UMB Spedition, Tehnostrade and SA&PE Construct, is acquiring liquid steel producer Otelul Rosu based in Caras Severin in order to produce metallic components needed in its construction activities, in line with data from the local media; the transaction is estimated at EUR12 million.
