Dumitru Pirvu, Central Bank: Profit Of Foreign-Held Firms Totals EUR8.4B, A Level Not Seen Even Before Crisis

Foreign direct investment, or FDI, in Romania remained unchanged in 2017, compared with the previous year, at EUR4.5 billion, and the companies that invested in Romania kept reinvesting overall profits of over EUR1 billion, said Dumitru Pirvu, Head of Unit within Romania’s Central Bank’s Statistics Department.
