EC: New Rules Easing Cross-Border Insolvency Proceedings Enter into Force Monday

The new rules on cross-border insolvency proceedings, proposed by the European Commission in 2012 and adopted by the EU legislators in 2015, will enter into force throughout the European Union Monday, the EC said in a statement.
