eMAG Buys Romanian Delivery Service Firm Sameday Courier

Online retailer eMag has become the new majority shareholder of Romanian delivery service firm Sameday Courier (SDAY.RO) after acquiring a 80% stake in the latter, according to an announcement by Sameday.
