3 Years, 85 Permits And 13 Bureaucrats To Build A Wind Farm

From the project stage to getting the first money by selling green energy, it takes nearly 3 years during which investors in wind farms have to get 85 permits and meet around 13 civil servants in the process, shows a survey conducted by audit and consulting firm TPA Horwath in collaboration with Schoenherr si Asociatii law firm.
