ANRM To Auction 36 Licenses For Hydrocarbon Blocks In 1H/2014

Romania’s mineral resources authority ANRM will organize an auction in the first half of 2014 to lease 36 new onshore and offshore hydrocarbon blocks, ANRM adviser Irina Zamfir said Wednesday at a conference organized by business daily Ziarul Financiar.
