Antitrust Watchdog Clears Takeover Of Gas Supply Activity Of C-Gaz&Energy Distributie By CEZ Vanzare

Romania’s Competition Council has cleared the operation whereby CEZ Vanzare SA is taking over the natural gas supply activity, under competition conditions, of C-Gaz&Energy Distributie SRL, by taking over the latter’s current loyal, end customers, according to a statement released on Wednesday.
