ArcelorMittal, Alro Say No State Aid Under Hidrolectrica Energy Deals

Steel giant ArcelorMittal Wednesday said its contracts signed with Romania’s power producer Hidrolectrica under which it bought energy at below-market prices do not constitute state aid.
