Association: Amending Energy Law Through Emergency Decree Illegal

Amending the law on the production of renewable energy through emergency ordinance is illegal and breaches European directives, the Romanian Wind Energy Association (RWEA) said Wednesday, warning that Romanians will pay significant damages if the state loses lawsuits with investors.
