Black Sea Depths To Claim $2.5 Billion For Exploration Alone

The Black Sea depths are becoming the busiest battleground for the world’s oil giants, which have so far announced plans to spend $2.5 billion to explore this unknown area. Early next year, Romania will find out whether the deep waters of the Black Sea actually hide hydrocarbon treasures and, if the companies that have ventured on this huge bet so far are successful, the amounts invested could double.
