Chimcomplex Fails To Buy Oltchim’s Debt To Electrica

Romanian chemical plant Chimcomplex Borzesti (CHOB.RO), owned by businessman Stefan Vuza, has not bought the EUR150 million debt of chemical plant Oltchim Ramnicu-Valcea (OLT.RO) to state-run company Electrica, on the latter not accepting a price cut.
