Clifford Chance Badea Assists EBRD and OTP Bank in Lending EUR93M to Israeli Group for Construction of 102 MW Wind Park in Romania

Clifford Chance Badea, the Bucharest office of global law firm Clifford Chance, has assisted the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and OTP Bank with relation to the EUR93 million lending agreement for the construction and operation of an onshore wind park of 102 MW in Romania, in Urleasca locality of Braila county.
